Eligibility for Warranty Claim

  • The product must be covered under an active warranty
  • The warranty must have been purchased at the time of order
  • The claim should fall under the warranty terms and conditions

Step-by-Step Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Email Your Issue

Please email your warranty claim details to:

Step 2: Email Subject Line

Make sure to mention “WARRANTY” clearly in the subject line.

Example:
Subject: WARRANTY – Order ID #ARK12345


Step 3: Include Required Details

In your email, please include:

  • Order ID
  • A picture of warranty card
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)
  • Your contact details

Incomplete information may delay the process.


Step 4: Verification Process

Once we receive your email, our team will review and verify the issue.

Verification Time:
3–5 working days


Step 5: Resolution

After verification, we will provide the most suitable solution based on the issue:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • A new product, as per warranty approval
